We got engaged in October of 2007, and couldn't decide if we wanted a big or small wedding. We decided we wanted a small intimate ceremony in Clearwater Beach, Florida (my grandparents and my family used to vacation there yearly) in the spring of 2008. I started researching wedding planners on the internet and came upon Babette and Mickey's website......it was beautifully organized. Her and I passed emails back and forth for about 6 months or so....She was very reponsive and willing to help with anything that we wanted. I wanted red and orange calla lillies, they had to be specially ordered......she made that happen. After many months of planning, the big wedding week had arrived. We flew into Florida on a Tuesday and were set to get married on that Friday. My parents and his joined us for the wedding. 🙂 Babette and Mickey met with my mother and I a few hours before to drop of the cake (one of the most gorgeous and yummy cakes I have even seen and tasted 🙂 and pick up my Ipod which I had preloaded with songs for the ceremony. The wedding took place on Sand Key Beach at about 7pm. It was gorgeous, everything was perfect the way it was set up. Tropical flower arch, tiki torches, rose petals in the sand, a beautiful cake table....perfect! The ceremony was short and sweet, and we feasted on the yummy coconut cake afterwards. Babette then had us pose for pictures, and I must say I nor my husband are photogenic but, when we got the pictured back I almost cried, they turned out phenomenal 🙂 Beautiful black and white, color, colorsplashes on black and white......I think I went the night we got them and printed every single one 🙂 My husband and I were extremely happy the way everything went, and will be trying to make a trip down yearly to relish the memories we have. If anyone would ask me to recommend a phenomenal wedding planner/minister, I would only ever recommend Babette and Mickey Thank you and God Bless!!
