  • Full coordination of all aspects of the ceremony and reception

  • Personal meetings at our office location in Belleview or wedding/reception site (additional travel costs may apply)
  • Day of wedding coordination for up to 8 hours
  • Unlimited Emails and scheduled phone calls with Whatsapp
  • Assistance with wedding permits and location rental.
  • Scheduling of all services including vendor timelines.
  • Event and Floral design planning with discounts if we provide all fresh flower decoration.
  • Budgeting, handling payment schedules, and overlooking contracts.
  • Discounted pricing on outside vendors we are working with.
  • Florida Marriage License by mail including all filing fees.

Our coordination fee is 20% of your wedding total

This is a full coordination package and does not include services besides the complete planning and coordination of your event. This package applies to weddings with a budget of  $15,000 and up. Luxury coordination for weddings under $15,000 has to be calculated at a fixed rate. Please contact us.

The luxury wedding coordination package is a consultation and coordination package including all legalities in Florida.

Today’s busy couples may not have the time to research and plan every detail of a wedding. Especially if you are planning a wedding away from home it is important to have a helping hand on your side that knows locations and works with local vendors. It is very time-consuming to plan a wedding. From menu selections to bands and DJ to simply applying for your legal paperwork. A lot of things have to be put into consideration when planning a wedding.

Many couples may just book everything at a resort. It is an option and many have done so. But also remember the coordinator at the hotel/resort or banquet facility is paid by the resort and works in their interest and many things still have to be planned by you.

As your personal wedding planner, I take care of things from A to Z. I plan your wedding at any preferred location. This can be at a resort, banquet facility, Country Club,  historic site, or even at your private home.

Marriage Certificate & Shipping

Certified copies of the marriage certificate will be shipped via USPS for clients within the US. USPS shipments are included in the package price. For customers from Oversees, Fed Ex International shipping charges will apply and are not included in the package price. We won’t ship documents to International destinations with regular mail because paperwork cannot be tracked.

If you don’t wish the marriage license by mail and legal paperwork to be done through us please deduct $100.00 from the package price.

Why should I book a coordination package?

I will be by your side from the pre-planning stages to the day of your wedding. Not only will I represent your wishes with outside vendors and facilities but oversee all the details so you can enjoy your special day. I have been planning weddings in all sizes since 2001. Including large weddings with over 100 guests. I understand how banquet facilities work and have experience behind the scenes in hospitality. As an individual hired by you I will always look out for your interests and wishes.

Why booking an unaffiliated Wedding Planner?

Most event planners and banquet managers included in your reception package are hired and paid by the facility.  They will work in the interest of their employer. In many cases, they will only provide you with a preferred vendor list for photographers, officiants, and other service providers for your event. It is then up to you to plan all the details with them directly and coordinate it with the facility.

My job as a wedding planner

My job as a wedding planner is, that I will take care of all the nitty-gritty things involved with a wedding. This may include making payments or payment arrangements, time tables, overseeing deadlines and contracts, and much more. I will call all vendors several times including a few days before the wedding to ensure all is going forward as planned. Hiring a wedding planner is an absolute must-have,  if you plan a larger destination wedding, or have limited time to plan your wedding.

Preferred vendor perks

We are working with preferred vendors that we know for many years, but you may also select your providers. If you book one of our preferred vendors they are hand-selected for their expertise and reliability. They are not chosen by the price but rather excellence of service.

Most vendors that I have been working with will give me discounted pricing that I will roll over to my clients. Savings on those services alone can make up 1/3 of the coordination fee alone.

Conclusion

Just like you can choose to buy a bridal gown from the bridal store and be absolutely happy with it, others rather wish a designer gown tailored to their specifications.  This is the same for wedding packages. For some couples a pre-planned wedding package is exactly what they are looking for and a perfect fit. Others may need a more tailored approach with a wedding coordination package.
