Simplicity Minimalist Elopement

Wedding package for up to 10 guests

  • Full pre-wedding coordination for all aspects of the ceremony.
  • Day of wedding coordinator during the ceremony for up to 1 hour.
  • Unlimited Emails and scheduled phone calls.
  • Florida Marriage License by mail including all filing fees.
  • Filing for the marriage and registration.
  • Officiant Service in English.
  • Bose speaker to play your favorite music via a Bluetooth device.
  • Small fresh flower bridal bouquet with roses in the color of your choice.
  • Heart in the sand with fresh greenery and roses and 2 decorated tiki torches with fresh flower posy and satin ribbon fitting to your bouquet.
  • up to 2 bottles of nonalcoholic cider or sparkling wine if allowed, and plastic flutes displayed in a picnic basket.
  • 1-hour professional photography Online password-protected photography proof site and a complimentary phone app to view and take your photos everywhere. Direct download and order of all your original jpg files via the proof site. Copyright release for personal use with no image restriction.

Pricing

For the minimalist

Tampa/Clearwater /St Augustine /Palm Coast/Cocoa Beach/St Pete Beach starting at $1829.00 + 7% tax.

Bradenton/Anna Maria Island/Sarasota $2129.00 + 7% tax

Most beaches in Florida will require a beach permit for weddings. Permit fees are not included in the beach wedding package price and vary on location. County sales tax is currently 7% and will be added to taxable services/items within the package.

Wedding Package information

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flower decoration and the bridal bouquet in our Simplicity Minimalist Elopement wedding package are estimated with roses (max of 2 different rose colors) and greenery. Please refer to our Floral Design page. Basic rose colors are white, red, hot pink, orange, yellow, and light pink. All other colors like peach, salmon, lavender, creme, etc. will have a surcharge. The decoration flowers and bridal bouquet have to contain the same flowers or additional charges will apply.

Marriage Certificate & Shipping

Certified copies of the marriage certificate will be shipped via USPS for clients within the US. USPS shipments are included in the package price. For customers from overseas, Fed Ex International shipping charges will apply and are not included in the package price. We won’t ship documents to International destinations with regular mail because paperwork cannot be tracked.

Optional services within the package

If you are booking the beach wedding package for a vow renewal, commitment ceremony, celebration of Love, or bring your marriage license, we will deduct $100 for the license that you will not need.

If you are not using our wedding officiant we deduct $100 from the package price.

If you bring your photographer we deduct $150 from the package price.

Additional Services

Simplicity minimalist elopement package is calculated for the bride and groom and up to 10 guests. Guests must be standing and no seating is available for this wedding package.

Fort Myers Beach offers perfect locations for weddings of any size. For intimate micro weddings, Bowditch Park Point is one of our favorite locations. It offers restrooms, plenty of picnic tables, a boardwalk lined with palm trees out on the beach, a white sandy beach, and dunes lined with sea oats. Absolutely picturesque for your wedding photos.

Fort Myers Beach has several options to celebrate your beach wedding. You can choose to have your wedding at any of the resorts like the Pink Shell or Diamond Head Resort or for an intimate wedding with public beach access, a private vacation rental on the beach are also a possibility.

Besides beach weddings, we can offer sailboat or motor yacht weddings in Fort Myers Beach, garden weddings at the Edison Ford Winter Estates, villas, or plenty of other locations.

Beach permits in Fort Myers Beach

Fort Myers Beach is still one of the few locations in Florida where you can celebrate your beach wedding at any public beach access without having to pay or apply for a permit. Exceptions are locations or areas that are hosted by a resort or private property.

Fort Myers beach wedding with Reception

Unless you are celebrating your Fort Myers Beach wedding and reception at one of the resorts a regular restaurant might be an option for you. We have had couples dining at Doc Ford’s Rum Bar, Bayfront Bistro, and many more.

Reception at the vacation home.

Another option if you don’t wish to have your reception in a restaurant or facility is a private chef or catering at your vacation home. Just make sure the owners are Ok with you having the reception on-premises. We can help with all the details of catering and decoration at your vacation home.
