Online password-protected photography proof site and a complimentary phone app to view and take your photos everywhere. Direct download and order of all your original jpg files via the proof site. Wedding Package information

Fresh Flowers

The four poles bamboo wedding arch/chuppah included is decorated as featured on the photos in the color of your choice. It includes roses, white or blue hydrangea, or other flowers and fillers that are standard, economical, or selected premium flowers. For the bridal bouquet, you may choose all flowers including premium and luxury flowers if they are in season. Please refer to our Floral Design page to see what is included in the price.

Marriage Certificate & Shipping

Certified copies of the marriage certificate will be shipped via USPS for clients within the US. USPS shipments are included in the package price. For customers from overseas, Fed Ex International shipping charges will apply and are not included in the package price. We won’t ship documents to International destinations with regular mail because paperwork cannot be tracked.

Optional services within the package

If you are booking the wedding package for a vow renewal, commitment ceremony, or other celebration of love, we will deduct $100 for the marriage license.

If you are not using our wedding officiant we deduct $100 from the package price.

Package pricing may vary due to services that are included but provided by outside vendors. Depending on their availability and wedding location, costs for these services can fluctuate.

For the exclusive beach wedding Florida package with over 20 guests please contact us for custom pricing. We don’t carry more than 20 chairs in our equipment and would have to order all chairs at a local equipment rental. We will also add an additional setup fee and coordination fee for weddings with over 20 people.

Additional Services

All our wedding packages can be custom arranged to fit your wishes and needs. This package is estimated for the bride and groom and up to 20 guests.

Weddings with less than 20 guests

If you have less than 20 guests the package price will be adjusted accordingly in regards to seating, coordination and set up fee, etc. Please contact us.

Weddings with more than 20 guests

Larger Weddings with more than 20 guests have to be custom arranged and priced. We have in our equipment up to 20 chairs. For larger weddings, guest seating has to be ordered with a local equipment rental and be delivered and set up. Pricing may vary. Some beach locations will have only limited parking and a guest shuttle service will have to be arranged. There will be an additional $350 coordination and set up fee added for 20 – 50 guests and $500 for over 50 participants.

Fresh Flowers

The wedding arch decoration and the bridal bouquet are estimated with standard and/or economical flowers. Please refer to our Floral Design page to see what is included in the price. Basic rose colors are white, red, hot pink, orange, yellow, light pink. All other colors like peach, salmon, lavender, creme, etc. will have a surcharge. We can customize the flower decoration to your wishes and you may upgrade to premium or luxury flowers.

Marriage License

This Florida beach wedding package does not include the Florida marriage license by mail. You may add this service, and we will process the marriage license for you. The Bohemian beach wedding arch is decorated with Gypsophila/Baby’s Breath and natural twigs. White sheers can be “window style” or wrapped. For the bridal bouquet, you may select any standard and/or economical flowers. Please refer to our Floral Design page to see what is included in the price. Basic rose colors are white, red, hot pink, orange, yellow, light pink. All other colors like peach, salmon, lavender, creme, etc. will have a surcharge.

If you are booking the Bohemian beach wedding package for a vow renewal, commitment ceremony, or other celebration of Love we will deduct $100 for the license that you will not need.

For parties with over 10 guests, chairs will have to be ordered and delivered through a party rental.

Events and More Inc

Events and More Inc has been planning weddings since 2002. Formerly Dream Weddings by Babette we changed our business name to Events and More Inc. in 2010. Our clients come from all over the world and we are specialized in smaller destination weddings. We plan our weddings with love and attention to detail. Our goal is that your special day is as unique as you are. Rest assured that we will be by your side to assist you to make your Dream Wedding a reality.

Even most of our events are weddings and vow renewals, we also plan wedding proposals and commitment ceremonies. We offer a variety of other services in-house for a one-stop shopping experience. Services that are not directly provided by us are booked with professional vendors that we have been working with for years. These companies are hand-selected on their performance and quality service.

Hello, I am Babette and I have lived with my husband Mickey Hill since 1999 in Florida. I was born in Munich Germany and started my wedding planning company in Florida in September 2002. I have extensive experience in catering operations and event planning. As the daughter of a commercial photographer and Art painter, creativity and photography have always come naturally to me. In 2004, I integrated my photography into our wedding planning service. Since then I photographed hundreds of weddings and events. To me the planning of weddings and photography is not a job, it is a calling where you never stop learning something new. I am thankful to be able to do what I love to do.

In loving memory of my husband of 24 years who passed on December 16, 2023. Mickey officiated weddings for over 20 years and made so many couples happy with his big smile and wonderful personality. You are dearly missed.

I have been officiating weddings since 2002 and love to interact with people from all over the world. To me each and every single wedding is unique. I like to laugh and it is important to me that you can express your individualities and together we create a loving and fun-filled wedding ceremony. I have a beautiful calling in life, spreading the good news of love, happiness, and togetherness. Every human action has a reaction. I am appreciative to be a human whose action has a positive reaction. All couples have their own passionate ways of saying ” I do”. My heart and soul absorb those tender moments.

Maria C. Jimenez

My name is Maria and I have been working full time with Events and More Inc until 2017. After falling back in love and marrying my childhood sweetheart I went back to my roots and moved to Puerto Rico. Now I am working as a freelance wedding planner for the company and assist our Spanish-speaking clients. While I am not physically in the office anymore I will be available with an appointment for personal phone calls via Whatsapp and Email. I will only travel to Florida to coordinate weddings personally upon request. Babette will take care of coordinating the day of the wedding unless requested differently. I am looking forward to assisting you to make your wedding dreams come true.

Hi, I am Bettina!

dedicated to marketing and contact for our German-speaking couples. I manage our Berlin office and will be at your side with advice and action up to and including booking. Babette and I work closely together to make your special day according to your wishes. I worked as a wedding planner in Berlin for many years and look forward to helping you plan your wedding in Florida.

Together with Babette, I am responsible for the editorial part of our wedding blog and for taking care of the social media marketing. We work together to provide you with interesting content and updates, as well as news from the wedding industry.

Destination weddings in Florida are what we do. With plenty of experience, we understand the difficulties of planning a wedding away from home. If you are planning a wedding just for you two or with guests we will be there along the way. You may choose one of our destination wedding packages or we can create a customized event according to your wishes.

We offer our service in Central and North Florida including St. Augustine, Cocoa Beach, Orlando, and from Crystal River down to Sarasota but travel fees may apply. With plenty of beaches to choose from most weddings are beach weddings. But not only the beaches are beautiful in Florida. There are plenty of other locations for your wedding ceremony. Some examples are parks, historic sites, chapels, or weddings on the water.

Are you interested in a pre-designed Florida beach wedding package? Take a look at our Lifestyle beach weddings and elopement packages. Created by us for smaller weddings with 20 or fewer guests. For larger weddings with 20 or more guests, we will customize a package for you. Because logistics, parking, and other aspects have to be considered with larger beach weddings, we recommend choosing facilities that offer ceremonies and receptions on location. We will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect spot.

Why couples choose a beach wedding package?

We created our Florida beach wedding packages for busy couples that like to keep it simply beautiful. Many of our clients come from out of state or travel to Florida from International destinations. All our beach wedding packages are ceremony-only packages. They are available at any public beach where weddings are permitted, private beach homes, resorts, or facilities that allow outside vendors.

We can always adjust a beach wedding package to reflect your visions and dreams.

Beach Wedding decoration and regulations.

All our wedding arches are decorated with beautiful fresh flowers and greenery. Very selected beach decor features a combination of artificial twigs or trees with real flowers. Most public beaches in Florida will require a beach permit as soon as decoration or ceremony chairs are set up. Beach permits are not included in the package price. Pricing can vary but you should calculate between $100 – $550 on permit fees.

Our Florida beach wedding packages are also available for vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, rainbow weddings, or other celebrations of Love.

Depending on the chosen location travel fees will apply.
