Pricing can greatly vary depending on location, guest count, size of the yacht, and amenities. A luxury yacht charter can run anywhere from $700 and up per hour. Florida Yacht Wedding Package information

Charter

Florida yacht charter fees are included in our yacht wedding packages. However, some charter costs will have to be paid directly to the provider. Price differences will apply depending on the size of the yacht, location, and guest count. For weddings on yachts with over 20 guests please contact a charter company directly since they offer all-inclusive wedding and reception packages.

Fresh Flowers

The bridal bouquet is estimated with standard and/or economical flowers. Please refer to our Floral Design page to see what is included in the price. Basic rose colors are white, red, hot pink, orange, yellow, light pink. All other colors like peach, salmon, lavender, creme, etc. will have a surcharge. All silk flower decorations can be exchanged with fresh flower decorations at an additional cost. Wedding cakes are estimated with basic fillings and are decorated with fresh flowers or white chocolate seashells and nautical themes. Custom cakes are available upon request. Beverages and catering may be added including full receptions for larger weddings.

Marriage license by Mail

You may add the marriage license by mail application service through us for an additional $150.

Optional services within the package

If you are celebrating a vow renewal, commitment ceremony, or other celebration of love pricing will stay the same.

You may deduct food or drinks included in the wedding package.

Officiant service is optional and we will deduct $100 from the wedding package.

Additional Services

Yacht wedding packages can be custom designed to fit your wishes and needs. Overnight accommodations on board are available for smaller weddings. For full event catering or romantic candlelight dinners please contact us.

Florida wedding on the water on Sailboats and Yachts

If you wish for a private location for your ceremony a Florida wedding on the water might be just the right thing for you. We have created a few wedding packages on chartered boats for just the bride and groom and celebrations with guests. Florida is all about living the salt life, so why not embark on a sunset sail or cruise in style on one of the private motor yachts.

What to expect?

Sailboat weddings are great for small weddings with less than 10 guests. As with beach weddings, a wedding on a sailboat or yacht is somewhat weather dependant. There are some weather conditions that would make a wedding on the water not possible. However, a little rain with otherwise calmer sees is not an issue. All our chartered sailboats are equipped with indoor living quarters, a kitchen, and cabins. The same of course for our yacht charters. So unless there are storms out, high seas, or otherwise coast guard warnings all weddings will take place.

Sailboats or smaller yachts may not be suitable for young children, handicapped, or people who have motion sickness. In those cases, larger motor yachts are usually the better choice.

Wedding on the water regulations.

Sailboat and yacht charters are available in all of Florida and plentiful. But not all charters are properly licensed and insured. We only work with charters that have coast guard clearance and captains with proper licensing. Charters with more than 4 guests require special licensing and insurance.

Charters are usually a minimum of 2 hours with some charters starting at 4 hours or half days. Depending on the size of the boat, capacity and other factors pricing can go over $2500 just for the charter of a motor yacht.

Marriage Certificate & Shipping

For the marriage licenses by mail service, certified copies of the marriage certificate will be shipped via USPS for clients within the US. USPS shipments are included in the package price. For customers from overseas, Fed Ex International shipping charges will apply and are not included in the package price.

Your Special Day!

The choices surrounding your wedding day are endless and sometimes overwhelming. You find yourself looking for one thing or color theme and end up somewhere totally else. Making decisions is not always easy when it comes to planning a wedding. This is why we offer all couples to just book a basic package to secure the date and you can make changes or add services or other specifics at a later time. What we do ask is that all decisions are final a month prior to your wedding day. Services that are not directly provided by us may have to be booked as early as possible as we can not guarantee availability on short notice.

We are working together with selected vendors and wedding services that are not directly provided by us. Providers have been hand-selected for their dependability, professionalism, and quality of service. We can not always guarantee the availability of our preferred vendors. If our partners are not available for your wedding date we can help you research providers but will not be able to speak for their professionalism. You may also book your own preferred service providers.

Pricing for wedding services will depend on availability, location, and other factors. Please contact us for exact pricing on services provided by outside vendors.

Professional Hair and Makeup Service

We recommend that all brides add this service to their wedding package. Professional hair and makeup artists are essential for a flawless look on your wedding day. Florida has a tropical climate and special makeup that is sweat and waterproof is a must. Unless you are a pro yourself or have somebody that works in the field we suggest hiring a pro. Our stylists will come to your hotel or vacation home and you can just relax and get pampered.

Videographer

If you wish for a professional video of your wedding we will be happy to refer you to one of our videographers. Depending on the length, shooting time, cutting style and specific wishes pricing can range greatly. A professional wedding video will start at approx. $550.

Catering and private Chefs

If you plan your reception at a vacation home or other location that doesn’t include catering we are happy to refer you to our partner caterers or private chefs. We have a selected few caterers that provide their service for smaller weddings with 20 or fewer guests but for most a minimum guest count or food and beverage, minimum will apply. We also work with private chefs for smaller events. Event decoration can be booked directly through us. Our pre-designed wedding packages do not include the coordination of receptions or event decoration and will be billed in addition.

Transportation & Limousine

You may add guest transportation, limousine service, classic cars, or other chauffeured services to your wedding package. Depending on the selection, time, and location pricing will vary. For limousine services, a 3-hour minimum rental will apply.

Live Music & DJ

We can hire live musicians for your ceremony. For example violinist, harp, steel drums, saxophone, guitar, vocalists, etc. You may also book through us live bands for your reception or a DJ.

Other Services

Other services are available upon requests like butterfly release, dove release, pyrotechnicians, or other service providers that you may wish. Some services may not be possible because of restrictions.

Wedding Ceremonies

Because I only speak English, my ceremonies are held in the English language. I provide all couples with a large selection of ceremony examples and vows and I welcome couples to customize their ceremony wording to reflect their own personalities. You may write your own vows, readings, or text. I am very flexible and if you have anything special you like to include in your ceremony wording just ask me.

My Credentials

I am a Florida Notary Public and Nondenominational Florida wedding officiant. Therefore I can legally marry you civilly, nondenominational Christian, Interfaith, Buddhist, spiritual and you can add traditions from Jewish, African American, Native American, or other faiths and beliefs.

I have been marrying couples from all walks of life, and welcome couples from the LGBT community that wishes to exchange their vows and marry in the State of Florida.

Celebration of Love

It is important to me that your wedding ceremony reflects your beliefs and wishes. Often we forget that the most important part of a wedding is the promise two people give to each other and the celebration of their love.

Limitations

How about denominational ceremonies?

There are some limitations when it comes to religious or denominational weddings. I will not be able to marry you in a specific denomination as only pastors or clergy of that denomination can do so.

A few examples are Catholic, Jewish, Lutheran, Baptist, and other denominations. If you wish to marry in a specific belief or religion you will have to hire a pastor, rabbi, or clergy ordained by that church to do so.

Restrictions with denominational ceremonies

There are restrictions that apply to denominational wedding ceremonies and will depend on the church and its regulations. For example, if you are planning a Catholic wedding they may only be held in a Catholic church by a Catholic priest. Catholic priests are not allowed to marry couples outside of the church. Couples will have to get a permit from the Diocese and all other regulations set forth by the church will apply.

Language Barriers

Couples from other Countries

The English language is not your strength! No worries, I take my time when officiating a ceremony and speak slowly and clear. You actually don’t have to say anything but Yes, I do, to make it official. I can rewrite ceremonies so couples don’t have to repeat or say anything else in English. Because I will email you examples you may choose any wording to your liking. You can translate it in any translation tool into your language. This way you exactly know what I am going to say at your wedding.

Personal wedding vows

I also allow couples to write their own vows in their mother language. They just have to read them to each other or speak them freely. You may also have readings or speeches included by family members or friends in the language of your choice.

I truly love what I do and put my heart and soul into each wedding ceremony. I have a very open and warm personality and love to laugh. It contributes to making your ceremony a personal and happy occasion. In my opinion, a meaningful ceremony includes emphasis and feelings. It is not just read from a piece of paper. Even after years of officiating weddings, I still get from time to time frogs in my throat. After all, I am a human being and there are definitely moments like that when love is in the air.

Choosing your officiant

I completely understand if you desire to book another wedding officiant for your ceremony. After all, this is one of the most important days of your life. In this case, usually, couples will find their own preferred providers for this service. For packages that already include my service, will deduct $100 from the package price.

If you need us to find another wedding officiant, we will be happy to do so. An extra research fee will apply.

Legal Marriages

Marriage License

To get legally married in Florida you will need a marriage license issued by any Clerk of Court in the State of Florida. If you applied for your license yourself, you will have to provide it to me on the day of the wedding. You can also make use of our convenient marriage license by mail service.

Flamingo Gardens Wedding

Garden Wedding Miami/Fort Lauderdale

Flamingo Gardens is located in Broward County and close to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The Botanical Garden is a 60-acre paradise with tropical plants, peacocks, and of course Flamingos. The beautifully landscaped gardens offer several locations for your wedding ceremony including a Victorian white Gazebo and majestic Banyon tree. There are so many spots for beautiful photos that I usually recommend a minimum of a 2-hour photo session at this location.

Wedding Permit

Flamingo Gardens requires a wedding permit. The permit fee is not included in the wedding package. Payment has to be made directly with the gardens. We will be happy to pre-book the location for you but payment is the responsibility of the wedding couple. Included are white folding chairs. Marriage Certificate & Shipping

Intimate Garden Wedding

Romance under the trees

Kraft Azalea Gardens is located in Winter Park close to Orlando. This smaller garden is perfect for an intimate wedding. Nestled in an upscale residential area, the park is situated directly at the lake. The Exedra where the ceremony takes place has a view of the lake and is surrounded by majestic trees. Guest seating is possible at the stone bench around the monument. There are many beautiful spots for photos in the park.

If you are planning a garden wedding in Orlando with just the two of you or a few guests, Kraft Azalea Garden is one of our favorite gardens.

The city of Winter Park is picturesque with boutiques, cafes, and classy restaurants. Stroll downtown for window shopping, sit in the city park with some homemade ice cream or wine, and dine in one of the restaurants.

Wedding Permit

Kraft Azalea Gardens requires a wedding permit. The permit fee is included in the wedding package. Only smaller weddings with up to 20 people are allowed at this location. The Exedra will be reserved for your wedding but it is otherwise a public park.

Kraft Azalea Gardens does not allow any decoration to be set up. Flower petals, birdseed, throwing rice, or alcohol are not permitted in the park. We may put white seat cushions on the stone bench for guests, bring wedding programs, and set up a chalkboard sign.

If you are booking the Orlando garden wedding package for a vow renewal, commitment ceremony, or other celebration of Love we will deduct $100 for the license that you will not need.

If you are not using our wedding officiant we deduct $100 from the package price.

The wedding package is up to 20 people with guest seating only available at the Excetra. If you are expecting more than 20 guests you will have to choose a different garden for your wedding.

Beautiful Wedding Garden for small and large events.

Harry P Leu Gardens Orlando, is a beautifully landscaped park only a few minutes from downtown. The 50-acre garden has several different ceremony locations depending on the size of your wedding. There are 2 Gazebos a white trellis and larger garden areas for weddings with over 25 guests. Locations for smaller weddings will not allow guest seating. At the Trellis there are four benches that are suitable for seating. Weddings with 25 or fewer guests may also book the ceremony spots available for larger weddings with an additional rental fee. There is an indoor option reserved in case of implement weather. You may also book the bridal room for getting dressed and have indoor space to hold a reception.

Wedding Permit

Leu Gardens requires a wedding permit. The permit fee is included in the wedding package for weddings with fewer than 25 people at either the gazebos or the Trellis. The rental time for the ceremony is one hour. Photos may be taken in the garden afterward but the ceremony must conclude within an hour and decorations must be taken down.

Wedding Package Information

Fresh Flowers

The smaller gazebo will be decorated with white sheers (front only) and fresh flowers fitting the bridal bouquet. For weddings at the larger white gazebo or Trellis, we will decorate with 2 vintage metal vases with greenery and some fresh flowers. Additional decoration is available upon request.

For the bridal bouquet, you may select any standard and/or economical flowers. Please refer to our Floral Design page to see what is included in the price. Basic rose colors are white, red, hot pink, orange, yellow, and light pink. All other colors like peach, salmon, lavender, creme, etc. will have a surcharge.

A very special place

We tell you why!

Washington Oaks Garden State Park is approx. 1 1/2 hour drive from Orlando and 3o minutes from St. Augustine. The gardens are breathtaking with many spots for beautiful photos. What is even better is that across the gardens they also have a beach area. Weddings can take place in the gardens or on the beach. The maximum of guests allowed in the garden is 50 including vendors like photographers, officiants, etc.

This is one of our favorite gardens in Florida. There are not many parks that feature both, a beach and garden setting. It makes this place truly special as you can have wedding photos taken at the beach and in the park no matter where your ceremony takes place. This one spot setting makes Washington Oaks Garden very unique indeed.

Some areas the garden features are a rose garden with a wooden trellis/arch, a quite large pond with a wooden gazebo, beautiful grassy areas, and a well-maintained landscape with bridges, waterways, and fountains, flowers, and very old trees.

A bridal changing room and picnic areas are available with an additional rental fee. No alcohol is allowed in public parks in Florida.

Decoration

Decoration of the ceremony area including guest seating is not included in the package price. All decorations will be priced on your wishes. Some examples are wedding arches, ground arches with flowers, lanterns or battery-operated candles, aisle decoration, and more. Please contact us for your specific wishes.

There is no food or drinks allowed at the ceremony location.
